Treatments and What to Expect

All treatments include a discussion about your current health so we can identify your treatment needs. It is important to discuss all areas of your life, so that we can obtain the greatest benefits and outcomes and prior to your treatment you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire. Please note that all information given will be treated in the strictest confidence. You will also be asked to read our Data Protection Privacy form.


All treatments take place in the comfortable surroundings of my home treatment room in Woolston. You can relax with heated blankets if cold and enjoy soothing music while I begin the therapy. Please wear loose clothing/trousers for Reflexology and tie up any loose hair for Massage Treatments.

 

After your treatment we can discuss any feedback or questions you may have. After-care information will be discussed with each client.


For Reflexology, your feet will be cleansed in a gentle foot bath when you arrive.
